Practice Letting Go
After listening to Episode 12 of the Podcast, I invite you to to begin regularly practicing the embodiment work of releasing thoughts, beliefs, practices, habits, energies and emotions that are no longer serving you. Make the conscious decision this week to let something go that may be causing blockages in your life. The act of releasing will open up new, positive pathways and opportunities! Choose love and let go of anything dimming your light!

Take Time to Internally Reflect
After listening to Episode 11 of the Podcast, I invite you to to complete the journaling prompts and spend time to self-reflect. Look within yourself and decide who you want to emerge as post-quarantine at work, at home and in your daily life. Examine what qualities of yourself you have gained over the past few months, and what aspects are no longer serving you? This is the first time for many of us in years to have a few months to ourselves and re-emerge as someone new! How will you show up to the new world?

Practice Non-Attachment
After listening to Episode 10 of the Podcast, I invite you to observe where you can begin practicing non-attachment in your daily life. Attempt to journal regularly this week before bed and notice where you held onto a result, a circumstance, or a thought today. Can you attempt to be non-attached to this thing? What will happen if it does not come to fruition? Likely, you will be just fine regardless and in return you will be saving your mental and emotional energy to focus on yourself and loved ones! If we constantly are doing things in life just to get the result we want, then we will often find ourselves very disappointed. Try and see where you can put in effort this week without being attached to what may or may not happen! This could be as simple as not caring how many 'likes' your Instagram posts gets, or showing up to your yoga mat not fixating on getting up into headstand, or working hard for the sale and trying your best regardless of the result and without the unnecessary stress around your work.

Spend More Time With Yourself!
To quote the fabulous RuPaul, “If you don't love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?” Make sure to spend quality time with YOU this week. Take yourself out on a nice (social distancing) date or do something that feels special and relaxing in the comfort of your home. Practicing self-love and tuning into ourselves allows us to discover who we really are! What do we really like? What don't we prefer? What are our habits and patterns? How do we react in various situations? What are our beliefs and values? We spend a vast majority of our lives getting to know others and building relationships. But do we have a loving and special relationship with ourself?
