While pursuing her dream of becoming a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Bridget created Bridget Clare Yoga and the '4 Minutes For You' podcast after years of poor stress management and the inability to prioritize self-care throughout college, professional cheerleading for the Patriots, law school, externing on Capitol Hill and working in downtown Boston. '4 Minutes For You' is a sustainable mindfulness practice that even the busiest professional can fit into their schedule! Make self-care a priority and start making time for YOU!
