Bridget has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 8 years, she's a former NFL Cheerleader and has her Master's Degree in Environmental Law. Bridget enjoys a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Power Flow and Restorative Yoga. She is trained to teach both Yoga and Meditation classes and is an advanced 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Bridget offers virtual and in-person group classes, corporate classes and private classes in yoga and meditation.
